Please note: Parking onsite is very limited. Parking will be available across NC 12 at the Hatteras United Methodist Church: 57665 North Carolina Hwy 12, Hatteras, NC, 27943.\n\nDetails: Speakers include:\n-David Hallac, Superintendent, National Parks of Eastern North Carolina\n-Danny Couch, Dare County Commissioner, Hatteras Island\n-Jessica Barnes, Director, Outer Banks Forever\n-Lee Nettles, Executive Director, Outer Banks Visitors Bureau\n-Erik Heden, Warning Coordination Meteorologist, National Weather Service-Newport/Morehead City\n-Bruce Balance, Hatteras Island Community Member\n-Ernie Foster, Hatteras Island Community Member\n-D.M.
